Room planner: try furniture layouts before you move
The cheapest time to find out that a sofa does not fit is before it arrives. A room planner lets you try layouts with the furniture you have, or the furniture you are thinking of buying.

Measure the room wall to wall (our guide shows how), draw it as a rectangle with those inside sizes, then add the door and windows where they really are. Everything else depends on getting these right.
Furniture that behaves like the real thing
Pieces come at common sizes and you can type the exact width and depth of your own. Sofas, beds and wardrobes turn their back to the nearest wall when you drop them, and guides help you line things up.
If two items overlap, or a piece blocks a door from opening, Roomdraft marks it, so you can see problems you might miss on paper.
Rules of thumb for a comfortable room
- Main walkways: about 90 cm wide.
- Between a sofa and a coffee table: 40–50 cm.
- Beside a bed: at least 60 cm on the sides you use.
- In front of wardrobes and drawers: about 90 cm.

Can I add my own furniture sizes?
