Garages and cars
Add a garage door, park cars at real sizes, and see whether their doors can open.
Steps
- Draw the garage like a room and choose Garage as its type on the right.
- Pick Door, choose Garage door or Double garage door in the bar above the plan, and click a wall.
- Open Furniture and the Vehicles category, and drag in a car, SUV, van, motorbike or bicycle.
- Select a car to see the space its doors need. Red means a wall or something else is in the way.
Good to know
- No walls? A carport (a roof on posts) is in the Vehicles category.
- Type your own car's width (with mirrors) and length in the panel.
